In 2021, when we were looking for a new management company for our 8-building office complex located in Tomball, Texas, we brought on Texas Sage Properties. From day one, they began to make a number of changes and improvements in how the lease contracts were written and how the property was managed, all resulting in a great benefit to not only us but to our tenants as well. Our property was in good condition and was running fairly smoothly prior to Texas Sage Properties’ input; however, once they took over, they stepped everything up several notches and our property is now in excellent condition and is running like a well-oiled machine, so to speak. Their regular communication with us on items related to the property is excellent. All the staff is professional, friendly, and courteous whenever we ask tough questions or ask for property updates. So, we have had very, very few periods of time with a vacant unit. In addition, when we made a trip out to visit our property and sort of unexpectedly dropped by their office, instead of being caught off guard, they were immediately willing to jump into action and walk the property with us to go over any questions or concerns we had. It is obvious that they care about making their clients happy while at the same time, working with the tenants to help keep our tenants happy and wanting to renew their leases.
