Then if the mutual interest is there, you will have Yesi who drafts out the details of the contract for you. Having seen many contracts in the past that are vague with lots of grey areas, theirs are not nothing like that. Super detailed with everything in writing. You don’t get any surprises. You know exactly what your responsibilities are and what you expect to get. Yesi is the one who will remind you the contract terms at every step so nothing important is missed. Then of course Pat and Mike came in to help you negotiate with the developer. Believe me, there were times where either side was about to walk away and TSP saved the day. It is fair to say that this deal only happens because of the trust either party has with TSP. Fast forward, the developer Mike Evenson delivered the finished product as promised in the midst of COVID supply drama and I am very happy with my office. After closing, they even prepare you a big binder containing everything you need regarding the Association and other helpful information.
