Pat is a Co-founder of Texas Sage Properties and a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. In addition to her role as a Director, President and Broker of Texas Sage Properties, Pat forms a part of Texas Sage Properties’ Top Producing Team working principally in the West, Northwest suburbs of Houston. Pat has been named a Top Producer Realtor® by the Houston Association of Realtors® (HAR) and the MLS Advisory Group (HAR’s list recognizes the top 150 Realtors®) numerous times over the course of the last 4 years.

Pat’s BBA degree from the University of Texas at Arlington has been instrumental in her successful preparation of market analysis and evaluation. Pat has developed relationships with Mortgage lenders which facilitates a broader range of financial options for our customers to consider for new or resale homes. She and her husband have been married for 30 years and their family of three sons and one daughter has lived in the Houston area since returning from a 10 year tour overseas that permitted her to learn about people from different parts of the world and their cultures. Pat has a strong sense of community and is involved in neighborhood activities that include her church, kid’s school activities, soccer and scouting. Pat is a Bilingual Agent who takes pride in providing a quality service based on integrity and honesty. That’s why a large percentage of her business is as a direct result of referrals from previous clients.

Designations

ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative is a designation from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council that trains experienced REALTORS® in specifically representing the real estate consumer.

CRB – Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager has been a symbol of management excellence in real estate brokerage since 1969.  The program is open to REALTORS® who want to learn every aspect of brokerage management, human behavior skills, recruitment and training techniques.  The designation helps to develop sound financial and marketing programs and information how to communicate effectively.

CRS – Certified Residential Specialist has been a symbol of achievement in education and residential sales experience since 1977.  The CRS program is open to REALTORS® who want to keep abreast of the latest sales and marketing techniques, enhance their professionalism, and increase their earning power.

GRI – Graduate, REALTOR® Institute is a nationally recognized educational institute dedicated to furthering the fundamental knowledge and skills of REALTORS® with less than five years experience.  The GRI series is also available to more experienced real estate practitioners to help them stay current on timely issues and to freshen and reinforce their basic skills.

A REALTOR® holds a real estate license from the state and is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, C.A.R., a local board or association, and has pledged to abide by NAR’s Code of Ethics.
